Key Account Sales Manager for HVC & Integrators

Main Responsibilities

• Develop the sales of our demanding Portfolio
• Identify potential corporate customers in Logistics&Retail industry, through research and networking activities, then contacting them to set up meetings or presentations
• Identify key stakeholders to understand the customers’ road maps, present market trends in supply chain and plan to develop a proposal to support their business activities
• Account management and periodic visits of customers to ensure clients’ engagement
• Provide customers with presentations, general & specific information, documents, support
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and propose solutions 
• Meet or exceed set sales targets
• Track and maintain channel pipeline and forecast metrics
• Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly objectives and sales forecast
• Keep track of and register all client communications (emails, offers) in the ERP/CRM system
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities by participating in key sales processes and sharing best practices
• Participating in conferences, fairs, events for Retail & Logistics market
• Monitoring of competitors activity and products

• Bachelor's degree in Universities, Technological Educational Institutes
• +5 years’ experience developing and managing large accounts and B2B in the software industry.
• Experience in communicating/present complex solutions based on customer needs and influence credibly and effectively.
• Commitment to continuing professional development including optimal communication, conflict resolution, market segment differentiation, and effective training techniques.
• Ability to manage time, work volume, and multitasking
• Team spirit and ability to collaborate
• Results driven
• Very Good knowledge of English language
• Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM, MS Office – especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Military Obligations fulfilled (for men)
• Driver’s license

Sales Administrator

Main Responsibilities

-Support day to day internal sales process and assist the head of sales on various ad hoc projects
-Preparing and filing quotes at company’s enterprise system
-Process orders via email or phone
-Communicate important feedback from customers internally
-Support of digital sales’ channels
-Maintain and update customer records
-Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
-Handle internal sales
-Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
-Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
-Update monthly sales reports with the sales progress and make presentations regarding the operation and progress of all administrative procedures
-Serve as the contact point for account management matters


-Previous hands-on working experience with ERP's (preferably Entersoft) and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
-Work experience in sales administration or a similar role
-Understanding of sales performance metrics
-Team player with high level of dedication
-Good verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
-Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field
-Driver’s License (good to have)
-Fulfiled military service obligations (for male candidates)
